Bonnie McBride

Executive Director

Inspire Kids FASD Support Society of BC

Bonnie is a parent and FASD advocate working for the family-led, provincial organization supporting families and youth within the FASD community in British Columbia.

Bonnie's work focuses on building support systems for youth that meet their needs, are well resourced, and, above all, focus on the goals and interests of the youth experiencing the environment, program, or system.

At the heart of her work is the goal of creating individual access to support and intervention from a rights-based lens, holding systems to their responsibility under law, and helping youth develop the language and knowledge they need to grow into strong self-advocates.

She has far more kids, pets, and projects than she can possibly handle. And knows that's just the way it's supposed to be.
