Daphne Meyer-MacLeod, RCC
Clinical Counsellor & FASD Keyworker & Yoga Teacher
Touchstone Family Association, Richmond BC
Shortly after completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia, Daphne moved from student to clinical counsellor and FASD Keyworker, at Touchstone Family Association (2019). Beyond her caseload of youth with FASD and their caregivers, this will be her fourth consecutive year to present for the Richmond School District’s Pro-D day, on the topic of neurodiverse-affirming strategies in the classroom. Her passion for meditation begun at the Crisis Centre of BC, where for 8 years she was contracted to run mindfulness sessions in Vancouver School Board’s Alternative programs. With a FASD-informed lens now, she realizes she has loved working with this population for longer than she ever knew. Daphne has specialized in developing and facilitating groups for the Richmond Community including Neurodrivers Caregiver Group; T-Yoga Group; and Maple Adolescent’s Connect Parent Group. She completed trainings in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including DBT (2026), IFS (2025), and EMDR (2023), as well as integrating movement-based approaches since her Yoga Teacher trainings (2025 & 2023). She is a strong advocate for play outside of the office, and can be found snowboarding, singing in her choir, and making the most of whatever the season has to offer; rain shine, or snow.
